Return Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you may contact us at sales@sunforceorganics.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at sales@sunforceorganics.com. If you purchased our products from an authorized seller or retail store, you may request a refund or replacement product from the original seller.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

Orders received during our normal business hours are typically processed and shipped within 24-72 hours from the time order is received. We do not ship on weekends and holidays.

A flat-rate shipping charge of $10 is applied to all orders under $100. Orders that exceed $100 will receive free shipping.
